<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />August 1, 2013 executed by Hayes Home Improvement, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor(s) in which
<br />Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded
<br />August 5, 2013, in Instrument No. 201306317 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the current Beneficiary, a written request to partially reconvey,
<br />reciting that part of the sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been paid and a portion of the property
<br />described below have been surrendered to the undersigned, asTrustee for a partial release.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby partially reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled therein, only the following interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Twenty One (21), Thelen Subdivison, First Addition to Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This is a partial release given as to the above described real estate only, and the Deed of
<br />Trust being partially released hereby shall remain in effect as to all other real estate
<br />described therein.
<br />0 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Partial Deed of
<br />Reconveyance to be executed by Daryl L. Wilton, and has caused its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed
