Certain rules regarding the usage of words used <br />in this document are also provided in Section 16. <br />(A) "Security Instrument" means this document, which is dated February 14, 2014, <br />together with all Riders to this document. <br />(B) "Borrower" is William L Cornwell , an unmarried individual. Borrower is the trustor <br />under this Security Instrument. <br />(C) "Lender" is Bank of Marquette. Lender is a State Member Bank organized and existing <br />under the laws of Nebraska. Lender's address is PO Box 39 402 Marquis Ave, Marquette, <br />Nebraska 68854. Lender is the beneficiary under this Security Instrument. <br />(D) "Trustee" is West Gate Bank. <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated February 14, 2014. <br />The Note states that Borrower owes Lender forty four thousand dollars and zero cents Dollars <br />(U.S. $ 44,000.00) plus interest.
