<br /> Survi�al of Representations and Vllarranties. All representat�ons, warranties, and agreements made by Trustor in
<br /> �his Deed v�Trus�shall sur�i�e the execu�ion and deli�ery ❑f this Deed ��Trust, shall be cvntinuing in na�ure, and
<br /> shall remaEn in full�arce and effec�unti�such time as gorrower's �ndebtedness shall be paid in-�ul�.
<br /> EX15T�NG INDEBTEDNESS. The following pro�isivns �ancerning Exis�ing lndebtedness are a part a�this Deed af Trus�:

<br /> C�N�EMNATlDN. The following provisians rela�ing to ��ndemnati�n proceedings ar� a part❑�this �eed of Trust:

<br /> Lender such Enstruments and documenfiation as may he reques�ed by Lender from time to fiime to permit such
<br /> parti�ipafiion.
<br /> Appli�a��on af Net Proceeds. �f al� or any par�af�he P�ope�ty is c�ndemned by eminent domain proceedin�s ❑�-by
<br /> any proceeding or purGhase �n lieu o�cvndemna�ion, Lender rriay a�i�s electian requ�r�that all or any p�rtion o��he
<br /> net proceeds of the award be applied �o the �ndelatedness or the repatr or res�orativn of the Proper'�y. The net
<br /> proceeds v�F the award shall mean the award af�er payrnen� o�all reasanable costs, expenses, and attflrneys' �fees
<br /> incurred by Trustee❑r Lender in cannection wi�h�he condemnation.
<br /> �MPa5lT1DN �F TAXES, FEES aND CHARGES BY G�VERNMENTAL AUTHOR1T1E5. The �fo�lowing pro�isi�ns relating
