<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT Barry P. Greenwood, a single
<br />person, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable
<br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey
<br />and confirm unto George D. Allan, Jr. and Dolores J. Allan, husband and wife, as joint
<br />tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real
<br />property in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Fifteen (15), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:
<br />First to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the southeast corner of said
<br />Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4), said point also being the southeast corner of
<br />Greenwood Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska; thence running northerly,
<br />along and upon the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4), and along
<br />and upon the east line of said Greenwood Subdivision, a distance of Four
<br />Hundred Forty Three and Ninety Seven Hundredths (443.97) feet to the
