State of Nebraska <br />County of Hall <br />Claim of Lien <br />201400842 <br />Notice is hereby given that on January 17, 2014, Pro Clean Solutions and its owner Todd Gallion, of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, a contractor, commenced services at the property located at 1726 Hanover <br />Lane, Grand Island, in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, more specifically known and legally <br />described as: <br />Lot Nine (9), Block Three (3) in Bel Air Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />Claimant claims a lien in the amount of $7,650.00 and the premises or real estate on which it is erected <br />or built, belonging to HSBC Bank USA, National Association as trustee for Wells Fargo Home Equity <br />Asset - Backed Securities, 2006 -I Trust, Home Equity Asset - Backed Certificates, Series 2006 -I, whose <br />address is 3476 State View Blvd, Fort Mill, SC 29715. <br />For satisfaction of a claim which became due on January, 27, 2014, upon completion of services, for a <br />water damage remediation more specifically identified in Attachment A. To Lienors knowledge and <br />belief, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage is the fee simple owner of the real property this claim is against. <br />The Claimant's original contract amount, including extras, totals $7,650.00. To date the Claimant has <br />received a payment in the total amount of $0.00, leaving a remaining balance of $7,650.00. For this <br />reason, Claimant claims a construction lien upon the above described real property in the amount of <br />$7,650.00. <br />Claimant signed a contract dated January 16, 2014, and was employed or furnished labor, services, <br />equipment and /or materials under an agreement with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, 1 Home Campus, <br />Des Moines, Iowa, 50328. <br />That all labor and materials included in this claim where provided and used in the improvement of the <br />real property described herein. Further, one (1) month has not elapsed since the date services were <br />completed and the last item furnished. <br />Claimant hereby declares that there is now due the balance of $7,650.00.
