<br />DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
<br />Dated: February 11, 2014
<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Heritage Bank, Kearney, Nebraska, as Beneficiary
<br />under the Deed of Trust executed by Curtis D. Rohrich and Debra L. Rohrich, Husband and Wife, as
<br />Trustor to Heritage Bank, Kearney, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of
<br />February 24, 2009, and recorded March 3, 2009 , in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument 200901554 , has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee
<br />pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
<br />Provided that the remainder of the land described in the Deed of Trust, together with all buildings,
<br />fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to the remaining land, shall remain subject to the
<br />Deed of Trust.

<br />The Beneficiary requests the Trustee to reconvey the real estate described above to the person
<br />or persons entitled thereto.

<br />James E. Rennau, as President of Heritage Bank, Wood River, Nebraska, a Nebraska corporation, on
<br />behalf of the corporation as Trustee.
