Schmidt Living Revocable Trust, GRANTEES, an undivided one - <br />fourteenth remainder interest (1/14) in the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. <br />Stat. 76 -201): <br />The Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1 /4SE1/4) of Section Eleven <br />(11), Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Lots Three (3) and Four (4) and the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />(NW1 /4NW1/4) of Section Twenty -Three (23), Township Nine (9) North, Range <br />Twelve (12), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom <br />20.33 acres, said tract containing 94 acres, more or less, and also described as all <br />that part of Lots Three (3) and Four (4), and the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter (NW1 /4NW1/4), Section Twenty -three (23), above described, lying North <br />of the Interstate #80. <br />subject to easements, covenants, and restrictions of record. <br />Grantors have determined that the Grantees are the persons entitled to distribution of the real <br />estate from said estate.
