<br /> Borrower absolutely and unconditionally assigns and tranefCrs to Lender all thc rents and revenues("Rents")of
<br /> the Praperty. regnrJless of to whom ►he Rents of the Propeny are payable. Borrowcr authorius Lender or
<br /> Lender's agents to collect the Rents, and agrees that each tenant of the Propcny shall pa;�the Rents to Lender or
<br /> l.endor's agents.However, Borrower shall receive the Rents until(i)l.ender has given Bonower notice af default
<br /> pursuant to paragratsh 21 of the Security Inatrunxnt and pi) Lendcr has gtven notice to the[enant(s)lhat the Rcnts

<br /> If Lender gives notice of breach to Borrower: (i)all Ronts receivcd by Borrower shall be held by Borrower

<br /> tcnant; (i�)unless applicable law pravides odnecwise, �11 Rents collected by I..cndcr or Lender's agents shall bc
<br /> applied fint to the costs of taking control of and managing the Property and colla:ting the Ronts. including,but
<br /> not limitcd to, attorneys' fees, receiver's fees, premiums on receiver's bonds, repair and maintcnance costs,
<br /> insurance premiums, taxes; assessments and other chazges on the Property, and then to the sunu secured by the
<br /> Securlry Instcument; (v)L.ender, Lender's ag�nts or any judici�lly appoiated receiver shall be liable to sccount for
<br /> only those Rents actually received; and (vi) Lender shall be entitlal to have a receiver appointed to take
<br /> possession of and manage the Proporty and collect the Rents and pmfits derived from tne Property without any
<br /> showing as to the inadequacy of the Property as security.
<br /> If the Rents of ihe I'raperry are not sufficient to cover the costs of taking contral of and managing the
<br /> Pro�xny anci of collecting the Rents any funds expended by Lenber for such purposes shall become indebtain�ss

<br /> I.ender's agents or a judicially appointed receiver, may do so at any time when a default occ��rs. Any applicuion
<br /> of Rents shall not cure or waive any default or invalidate any other right or remody of Lender.This assignment of
<br /> Rents of the Propeny shall terminate when all the sums secured by the Security Instrument are paid in full.
<br /> I. CROSS-DEFAULT PRnVISION. Boaower's default or breach under any note or agreement in which
<br /> I.ender has an interest shall bc a breach under the Security Instrument and l.ender may invoke any of the remedies
<br /> permitted by the Security instrument.
