Except as previously disclosed and acknowledged in writing to Ixnder,no Hezardous Substance is or will bc <br /> located,stored or releuscd on or in the Property.'This restriction does not apply to small quantities of Hazardous <br /> Substances that are generally recognvcd to bc appropriatc for the nornial usc and maintenance of the Property. <br /> B. Except as previously discloscd and acknowl�dged in writing to Lender, Grantor and cvery tenant have <br /> been.are,and shall remain in full compliance with any applicable Environmental Law. <br /> C. Grantor shall immediately notity Lender if �release or threutened relcasc of a Hazardous Substance <br /> - occurs on, under or about thc Property or thcrc is a violation of any Environmcntal Law concerning thc <br /> Property, In such an evcnt, Grantor shall take all necessary remedial action in accorr.iance with any <br /> Environmental Law. <br /> I).
