V <br />V <br />\S <br />IV— 9—' U <br />cs, 0) ---- 5 <br />5 <br />co <br />�� (Y C tb <br />G , <br />N <br />act <br />00 <br />Space above reserved for Register of Deeds. <br />PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT <br />1 <br />CHRISTOPHER BOND and NIKKI BOND, husband and wife, herein collectively called <br />the GRANTOR, in consideration of the vacation of a certain public utility easement, hereby <br />grants and conveys unto the CITY OF WOOD RIVER, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation in <br />Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the GRANTEE, and dedicates to the public a permanent <br />and perpetual easement for the location, construction, maintenance, and removal of public <br />service utilities upon, over, along, across, in, underneath, and through, together with the <br />unrestricted rights of ingress and egress thereto, and hereby prohibiting the planting of trees, <br />bushes and shrubs, or placing other obstructions upon, over, across, in, along, through or <br />underneath the surface of the following tract of land, to wit: <br />Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Lot 1, Bond Subdivision, City of Wood <br />River, Hall County, Nebraska; thence south along the east line of said Lot 1 a <br />distance of eight (8) feet, thence west along a line parallel to the north line of said <br />Lot 1 to a point eight (8) feet east of the west line of said Lot 1, thence south upon <br />a line parallel to the west line of said Lot 1 to a point on the south line of Lot 1 <br />said point located eight (8) feet east of southwest corner of said Lot 1, thence west <br />upon the south line of said Lot 1 to the Southwest comer of said Lot 1, thence <br />north along the west line of said Lot 1 to the Northwest comer of said Lot 1, <br />thence east along the north line of said Lot 1 to the point of beginning. <br />The GRANTOR (jointly and severally), and for GRANTOR'S heirs, executors, <br />administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby covenants that no buildings, fences, or structures <br />shall be erected or permitted within the easement area and that the easement herein granted shall <br />run with the title to such tract of land and be binding upon the GRANTOR and GRANTOR'S <br />successors and assigns. <br />
