Aken, Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 76 <br />201): <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />(S1 /2SW1 /4SW1 /4) of Section Twenty Seven (27), Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Nine (9) West of the 6` P.M. Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the east line of said South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter (S 1 /2SW 1 /4SW 1/4), said point being Sixty Seven (67.0) feet north of the Southeast corner <br />of said South Half of the Southwest quarter (S 1 /2SW 1 /4SW 1/4), and being a point on the northerly <br />right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 34 & 2; thence running northerly along and upon the east line of <br />said South half of the Southwest Quarter of the So west Quarter (S1 /2SW1 /4SW1 /4), a distance of <br />Three Hundred Eighty Eight and NineTenths (388. 0) feet to a point, said point being Two Hundred <br />and Three Tenths (200.30) feet south of the Northe st corner of said South Half of the Southwest <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (S1 /2SW1 /4SW1 4); thence running westerly parallel with the south <br />line of said South Half of the Southwest quarter of a Southwest quarter (S1 /2SW1 /4SW1 /4), a distance <br />of One Hundred Six (106.0) feet; thence running s therly parallel with the east line of said.
