<br />That Grantors, Daniel Harders, also known as Daniel J. Harders and Laura Harders also
<br />known as Laura A. Harders, husband and wife, and Kenneth V. Harders and Deborah A. Harders,
<br />husband and wife, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable
<br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, convey to Roy Stoltenberg and Mary P.
