Meyer and Peggy L. Meyer, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship and not <br />as tenants in common, (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee "), the following described real estate <br />(as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201): <br />Lot Six (6), Block Twenty Three (23), in Nagy's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />1. This deed conveys after acquired title, and <br />2.
