<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Centura
<br />Hills Golf Club LLC, Trustors, to The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation,
<br />now known as Pathway Bank, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated November 18, 2005 in
<br />which The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway
<br />Bank, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded March 29, 2007 as Instrument No.
<br />0200702491 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness
<br />of $1,700,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />The South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S1 /2NE1 /4) and the North Half of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (Nl /2SE1 /4) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Twelve (12), Range Eleven (11) West
<br />of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska and Lots Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14) and Nineteen (19)
<br />of Centura Hills Subdivision, An addition to the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Cairo, Nebraska, this 30th day of January, 2014:
