<br /> wlthout charge, an annual accounting of the Funds, showing eredits and deblts to the runas and die purpose ior which each

<br /> If the Funds held'oy Lender excad the amounts permitted to be held by applicable law.I.ender shall account to Borrower
<br /> for the exass Funds in accordance with the requirements of applicable law. If the nmount of the Funds held by Lender at any
<br /> time i�not suffieient to pay the Escrow Itecns whea due,Lender may so notify Borrower(n writing,and,in such case Borrower
<br /> shall pay to L.ender the amount necessary to make up the daficiency. Barrower shall make up the deficlency in no mon than
<br /> twelve monthly paymrnts,�t I,ender's sole discretion.
<br /> Upon payment in full of all sums securod by this 5ecurity Insccument, Lender shall promptly refund to Bormwer any
<br /> Funds held by Lender.If,under paragraph 21,Lender shall acquire or sell the Property,Lender, prior to the acquiaition or sale
<br /> of the Property,shall apply any Funds hetd by Lender at the ttme of acquisition or sale as a credit against the sums secured by
<br /> this Securiry Instcument.
<br /> 3.AppUcallon of PAymeats.Unless applicable law provides othenvise,all payments receivcd by Lender under paragraphs
<br /> 1 and 2 shall be applial: fint,to any prepayment charges due undcr the Note;sccond,to amounts payable under pazagraph 2;
<br /> third,to interest due;fourtt►, to principal due;and last,to any late charges due under the Note.
<br /> 4. Charges; Lieaa. Borrower shall pay all taxes,assessments, chazges, fines and impositions attributable to the Propeny
<br /> which may attain priority ovr,r this Security Instrument, and leasehold payments or ground rents,if any. Borrower shall pay
<br /> these obligations in the manner pmvided in pazagraph 2,or if not paid in that manner. Borrower shall pay them on time dicectly
<br /> ro the person owed payment. Bormwer shall promptly fumish to Lender all notices of amounts to be paid under this pazagraph.
<br /> If Borrower maices these payments directly.Borrower shall pmmptly fumish to Lender receipts evidencing the paymenta.
<br /> Borrower shall promptly discharge any lien which has priority uver this Securiry Instrument unless Borrower:(a)ag[tes in
<br /> writing to the payment of the obligation secured by the lien in a manner acceptable to I.ender;(b)contest�in good faith the lien
<br />= by, or defends against enforarnent of the lien in. icgal procadings which in the Lender's opinion operate to pnveat the
<br /> enforcement of the lien; or(c)secures from the holder of the lien an agrecment satisfactory to L.ender subordinating the liea to
<br /> this Security Instrumeut. If Lender determines that any part of the Properiy is subja;t to a lien which may attain priority over
<br />- this Se.curity Instniment, I.ender n�ay give Borrower a notice identifying tl�e lien. Borrower shall satisfy the lien or take one or
