This Deed of Reconveyance is <br />intended as a full release of all interest under the Deed of Trust. <br />IN TRUST, to secure the payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein described to Carolyn Glade and <br />Sarah Glade Cummings f/k/a Sarah Glade located in Omaha, Nebraska ( "Beneficiaries "); and <br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust has requested the undersigned to execute the within <br />Deed of Reconveyance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the request of the legal holder of the indebtedness secured by said Deed <br />of Trust; the undersigned, as Trustee under said Deed of Trust, hereby remises, releases and quitclaims upon the <br />present owner or owners, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to such Trustee under said Deed of <br />Trust in and to the property described therein. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the property described in said Deed of Trust, together with all and singular the <br />privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, as Trustee, has executed these presents executed on January <br />‘ ,77 , 2014. <br />On this a?? r! 11 day of January, 2014, before me, a notary public in and for said county and state, <br />personally came Jon E.
