Transferee, having paid the purchase money for said real estate, is now the legal owner of the real estate and holder of the certificate of sale thereof given to Transferee by Transferor. 4. There has been no redemption of real estate and confirmation of the sale was issued by Order of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska on January 14, 2014.
