AND <br />RESOLUTION 2013 -414 2O140O529 <br />WHEREAS, drainage easements are required by the City of Grand Island, from Jan <br />Bosselman, in the Pleasant View 14 Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Easement No. 1 <br />A ten (10) foot wide tract of land comprising the southerly five (5) feet of Lot One (1) and the <br />northerly five (5) feet of Lot Two (2), Pleasant View Fourteenth Subdivision, all in the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, said tract containing 0.029 acres (1,267 square feet) more or less. <br />Easement No. 2 <br />A ten (10) foot wide tract of land comprising the westerly ten (10) feet of Lot Seven (7), Pleasant <br />View Fourteenth Subdivision, all in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, said tract containing 0.029 <br />acres (1,249 square feet) more or less. <br />WHEREAS, an Agreement for the drainage easements has been reviewed and <br />approved by the City Legal Department. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, <br />authorized to enter into the Agreement for the drainage easements on the above described tracts of <br />land. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute such agreement on behalf of the City of Grand Island. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, December 30, 2013. <br />Attest: <br />RaNae Edwards, City Clerk <br />Approved as to Form <br />December 30, 2013 o City ey <br />
