Date: January 24. 2014 <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) SS: <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />My commission expires: <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter <br />called the "Trust Deed," executed by Drue L. Bamesberger and Beth J. Bamesberger; <br />as Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as <br />Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary <br />named therein, dated the November 1, 2007, and recorded on November 8, 2007, <br />recorded as instrument number 0200709541 in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, have both been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that <br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the <br />request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does <br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled <br />thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, <br />in and to the following- described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
