<br /> to human health or the environment when 9mproperly used, treated, stored, disposed of, generated, manufactured,
<br /> transported or otherwise hand[ed. The words "Hazardous Substances" are used in their �ary broadest sense and
<br /> include withaut limitation any and a[I hazardous or toxic substances, materials or waste as defined by or [isted
<br /> under the �nvironmental Laws. The term "Hazardous Substances" a[so includes, withaut limitation, petroleum and
<br /> petroleum by-products or any fraction ihereof and esbestos.
<br /> Improvements. The word "]rr�provemants" means all existing and future improvements, buiEdings, structures,
<br /> mobile homes affixed on the Rea[ Psoperty, facilities, additions, replacements and other construction an the Real
<br /> Property.
<br /> Indebtedness. The word "Indebtedness" means all principal, interest, end other arrtounts, costs and expenses
<br /> payable under the Credit Agreement or Related Documents, together with al] renewa[s of, extensions of,
<br /> modifications of, consalidatians of and substitutions for the Credit Agreement or Related Documents and any
<br /> amaunts expended or advancad by Lender to discharge Trustor's obligations or expenses incurred by Trustee or
<br /> Lender to enforce Trustor's obligations under this deed of Trust, together with interes# on such amounts as
<br /> provided in this Deed of Trust.
<br /> Lender. The worc{ "Lender" means Equitable Bank, its successors and assigns. The words "successors or
<br /> assigns" mean any person or company t[�at acquires any interest in the Credit Agreement.
<br /> Personal Property. The words "Persona] Property" mean a[I equipment, fixtures, and other articles of personal
<br /> propsrty naw or hereafter owned by Trustor, and now or hereafter attached or affixed to the Rea1 Property;
<br /> tagether with al� accessfons, parts, and additions to, a[I replacements af, and all substitutions for, any of such
<br /> property; and together with all proceeds (including without limitation all insurance praceeds and refunds of
<br /> premiums} from any sale or other disposition of the Property.
<br /> Proper#y. The word "Property" means collectively the Real Property and the Persona[ Property.
<br /> Real Property. The words "Real Properry" mean the real property, interests and rights, as further described in this
<br /> Deed of Trust.
<br /> Related Doce�ments. The words "Related flocuments" mean al] promissory notes, credit agresments, loan
<br /> agreements, environmer�tal agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security
<br /> deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instrurreents, agreements and docurr�ents, whether now or hereafter
<br /> existing, executed in connection with the]ndebtedness.
<br /> Rents. The ward "Rents" means al[ presenT and future rents, re�enues, income, issues, royalties, profits, and
<br /> other benefits derived from the Propercy.
<br /> Trustee. The word "Trustee" means Equitable Bank {Grand Island Region), whose address is 7 7 3-'E 7 5 N Locust
<br /> 5t; PO Box 160, Grand Isfand, NE 68802-07 6�and any substitute ar successor trustees.
