My Comm. Exp. Aug. 1, 2014 <br />ca <br />S 4/l <br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the <br />"Trust Deed," executed by Todd C. Enck and Kelly A. Enck, as Husband and Wife as <br />Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte <br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated September 17, 2007, <br />recorded September 21, 2007 as Instrument #200708148 and dated April 9, 2013 recorded <br />April 12, 2013 as Instrument #201302914, both recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and <br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described <br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76- 1001): <br />Lots Nine (9) and Lot Ten (10), Block Nineteen (19), Packer and Barr's Second Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Real Property or its address is commonly know as 233 -235 Darr Ave and 2018 -2020 W. <br />Blake, Grand Island, Nebraska <br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company <br />B y C \ <br />Claudia G.
