Enck, as Husband and Wife as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated September 17, 2007, recorded September 21, 2007 as Instrument #200708148 and dated April 9, 2013 recorded April 12, 2013 as Instrument #201302914, both recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
