Deeds, of Hall County, Nebraska <br />have b-en paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be <br />execut-d and delivered. <br />NOW, HEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Benefi iary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and <br />estate •erived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described <br />real pr i perty (as defined in Neb.
