The undersigned hereby executes and delivers this Consent to indicate and <br />evidence the following: <br />1. The undersigned consents to the Instrument and its effect upon the <br />Premises, the Tenant and the Lease. <br />2. The Corporate Guaranty executed by the undersigned as of <br />20_, with respect to the Lease shall continue and remain in full . force and effect <br />notwithstanding the Instrument. <br />3. The credit rating of the undersigned is not lower than Moody's Baa3 or <br />S &P's BBB -. <br />4.
