8. NOTICE <br />201400400 <br />7. Security Interest in Rents. This Security Instrument shall constitute a security <br />interest in the Lease, the Other Leases and the Rents, including all future or after arising rents <br />and leases, and shall secure the Debt, all as provided in Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 52 -1701 to 52 -1708. <br />A credit agreement must be in writing to be enforceable under the laws of the <br />State of Nebraska. To protect you and us from any misunderstandings or disappointments, any <br />contract, promise, undertaking, or offer to forebear repayment of money or to make any other <br />financial accommodation in connection with this loan of money or grant or extension of credit, <br />or any amendment of, cancellation of, waiver of, or substitution for any or all of the terms or <br />provisions any instrument or document executed in connection with this loan of money or grant <br />or extension of credit, must be in writing to be effective. <br />This Notice is given in connection with an extension of credit by Lender to <br />Borrower pursuant to the Note dated as of October 10, 2013. <br />Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of this Notice. <br />******************* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ** <br />FOR MORTGAGED PROPERTY LOCATED IN NEVADA <br />1.
