<br />HALL COUNTY LIVESTOCK IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION, a Nebraska nonprofit
<br />corporation, herein called Grantor, in consideration of the sum of one Dollar ($1.00), receipt of
<br />which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent and
<br />perpetual easement and right -of -way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair, replace,
<br />relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities and appurtenances connected
<br />there with, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath, and through a part of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of Section Twenty Two (22), Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The boundary
<br />of the twenty (20.0) foot wide Utility Easement and right -of -way tract being more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Commencing at Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of Section Twenty
<br />Two (22), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M., in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; thence on an assumed bearing of
<br />N89 °13'34 "W, along the northerly line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4), a distance of
<br />two hundred twenty and two hundredths (220.02) feet; thence S00 °01'23 "E a distance
<br />of eighty nine and sixty one hundredths (89.61) feet to a point on the westerly line of an
<br />existing twenty (20.0) foot wide easement tract described in Instrument Number
<br />200411108, recorded in the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska being the
<br />ACTUAL Point of Beginning; thence continuing S00 °01'23 "E, along the westerly line of
