Box 2300, Grand Island, NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by MERLIN P. DIBBERN and VICKIE L. DIBBERN, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which ANGELINE R. DIBBERN and PETER A. DIBBERN, Husband and Wife, as Joint Owners, are named as the Beneficiary and William A. Francis is Successor Trustee, dated November 30, 1994, and recorded as Instrument number 94- 109746 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska regarding the sale of the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. 2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by MERLIN P. DIBBERN and VICKIE L. DIBBERN, Husband and Wife, as Trustors to William A. Francis, Attorney, Successor Trustee for ANGELINE R. DIBBERN and PETER A. DIBBERN, Husband and Wife, dated November 30, 1994, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as document number 94- 109746 has been paid and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by their endorsement below. In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all of the right, title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust and the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
