ESSINK and LINDA C. ESSINK, his wife, and KENNETH G. ESSINK and <br />MARJORIE L. ESSINK, his wife, to AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law and Member of the <br />Nebraska State Bar Association, Trustee, for the benefit of ESSINK BROTHERS DRYWALL, <br />INC., the Beneficiary named therein, dated August 31, 1988, and recorded in the Office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on September 1, 1988, as Instrument No. 88- <br />104810, and then re- recorded on September 7, 1988, as Instrument No. 88- 104890, has been <br />satisfied; and the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be <br />executed and delivered, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the <br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents <br />grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and <br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following- described <br />premises, but only as to such premises: <br />Lots Four (4) and Five (5), Mehring & Giesenhagen Second Subdivision, a Replat <br />of Lot Two (2), in Mehring and Giesenhagen Subdivision to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such <br />premises. <br />Arend R.
