Said <br />Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC <br />REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., as nominee for U.S. Bank N.A. to U.S. BANK <br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by virtue of an Assignment dated November 16, 2013 and filed for <br />record on November 22, 2013, Instrument No. 201309238 in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows: <br />LOT ONE (1), BLOCK FIFTEEN (15), H.G. CLARK'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the installment <br />payments due under the Deed of Trust.
