<br /> Everrt af Defau[t. The words "Event of pefault" mean any of the events of defau[t set forth in this Deed of Trust in
<br /> the events o'F default section of this Deed of Trust.
<br /> Existing IndebYedness. The words "Existing Indebtedness" mean the indebtedness described in the Existing �iens
<br /> provision of this Deeci af Trust.
<br /> Guarenty. Ti�e word "Guaranty" means the guaranty from guarantor, endarser, surety, or accommodation party to
<br /> �ender, including without limitation a guaranty of all or part of the Note.
<br /> Hazardous Substances. The words "Hazardous 5ubstances" mean materials that, 6ecause of their quantity,
<br /> concentration or physicaf, chemical or infectious characEeristics, may cause or pvse a present or po#ential hazard
<br /> to human health or the environment when improperly used, treated, stored, disposed of, generated, manufactured,
<br /> transparted or otherwise handled. The words "Hazardous Substances" are used in their very broadest sense and
<br /> incfude without [im9tation any and all hazardous or toxic substances, materials or waste as defined by or listed
<br /> under the Environmenta! Laws. Tf�e term "Hazardous Substences" also includes, without limitation, petroleum and
<br /> petroleum by-products or any fraction thereof and asbestas.
<br /> Irr�provements. The word "Improvements" means �11 existing and future improvements, buildings, structures,
<br /> mobife homes affixed on the Real Property, facilities, additions, replacements and other construction on the Real
<br /> Property.
<br /> Endebtedness. 7he word "Indebtedness" means al[ principa[, interest, and other amounts, costs and expenses
<br /> payable under the Note or Related Documents, together with a][ renewals of, extensions of, modifications of,
<br /> consolidations of and s�bstitutions for the Note or Related Documents and any amounts expended or advanced by
<br /> Lender to discharge Trustor`s obligations or expenses ineurred by Trustee or Lender to enforce Trustar's
<br /> obligations e�nder this Deed of Trust,togather with interest on such amounts as provided in this Deed of Trust.
<br /> Lender. The word "Lender" means Equi#ahle Ban[c, its successors and assigns. The words "successors or
<br /> assigns" mean any person or company that acquires any interest in the Note.
<br /> Note. The word "f�ote" means the promissory note dated Jan�ary 9, 2014, In the Original principal an'touftt
<br /> of $16.20Q.OU from Trustor to Lender, togeEher with all renewals of, extensions of, modifications of,
<br /> rafinancings of, consolidations of, and substitutions for the promissory nate or agreement. The maturity date of

<br /> Persona[ Property. The words "Personal Property" mean al[ equiprr�ent, fixtures, and other articles of persana[
<br /> properiy now or hereafter owned by Trustor, and now or hereafter attached or afFixed to the Real Property;
<br /> together with all accessions, parts, and additions to, a][ replacements of, and alf su6stitutions for, any of such
<br /> property; and together with all proceeds tincluding without limitation a!I insurance proceec[s and refunds of
<br /> premiumsl from any sale or other disposition of the Property.
<br /> Propert}r. The word "Property" mea�s col]ectively the Real Property and the Personal Property.
<br /> Real Property. The words "Real Property" mear� the reaf property, interes#s and rights, as further described in this
<br /> Deed of Trust.
<br /> Re[ated Doeuments. 'E'E�e words "Related Documents" mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan
<br /> agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, secarity agreements, mortgages, deeds ❑f trust, security
<br /> deeds, co[lateral morEgages, and all oYher instruments, agreements and docume�#s, whether now or hereafter
<br /> existing, executed in eon�ection with the Indebtedness.
<br /> Rents. The word "Rents" means all present and future rants, revenues, income, issues, roya[ties, profiTs, and
<br /> other benefits derived from the Property.
