<br /> Grentae shel! have unrestricted ingreas and egress to the ab�ve-described eesement
<br /> and right-of-wey for any purGose necessary for the surveying, construction, inspection,
<br /> maintenance, repelr, replaaement, relocation, exteRSion, removal, and operation of such
<br /> public utilities and appurtenances. Such rights of ingress and egress shell be exercised in e

<br /> GrantPe shall heve the right to excavete and refill ditchas and trenche�nc�cessery
<br /> for such public utilities and appurtenances; to remove, clear, and keep clear, trees, buahes,
<br /> hedges, undergrowth, end/or eny other obstructions Interfering with the surveying,
<br /> construction, Inspection, maintenence, repair, replacement, relocation, extensfon, removel,
<br /> and operation of such public utilities and appurtenances.
<br /> Grantor shall hove the right to use the easament and right-of-way for purpases not
<br /> inconsistent with Grantee's full enjoyment of the rights herein granted, provided thet
<br /> Grantor shsll not ellow any structures, buildings, combustible materials, or other property
<br /> of any kind whetsoever, to be erected, constructed, plsced, stored, or accumulated in,

<br /> Grentor and Grantee hereto agree that Grentor shall have the right to herd surface
<br /> over the easement and right of way and use the easement and right-of-way for perking and
<br /> ingress and egress; to install and use eree Iighting fixtures, polas, and appurtenencea in,
<br /> along, or through the easement and right-of-way; provided if Grantee needs to survey,
<br /> construct, inspect, maintein, repair, replace, relocate, extend, remove, or operate such
<br /> public utilities and appurtenance within such easemen� and ri�ht-of-way, the cost of
<br /> removal and repair of eny hard surfacing or such erea lighting appurtenances placad in,
<br /> along, or through the easement and right-of-way shell be paid by Grantor.
<br /> Grantae shall have the riflht at any time, to relocato, edd, or upgrade such public
<br /> utilities and appurtenances connected therew(th, in, upon, above, along, over,across,
<br /> underneath, or through the easement and right-of-wey herein granted. Any such public
<br /> utilities and appurtenences placed in,upon, above, elon�, over, ecross, underneath, or
<br /> ttirough such tract of land shall remain the property of Grantee, and may be removed or
<br /> repleced at any time.
