BAACK, as <br />Trustee, and which was filed for record on august 14, 2009, as Instrumet No. 0200906760, of the Mortgage <br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska. MATTHEW E. ECK has been appointed as Successor Trustee, <br />replacing AREND R. BAACK. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows: <br />LOT ONE (1), IN BLOCK TWO (2), ELM PLACE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the <br />installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor <br />Trustee, MATTHEW E.
