November 18, 2018 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE -BY TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST DEED <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Max Gramann, CEO of Adams State Bank, Adams, State <br />of Nebraska as trustee under the trust deed dated August 24, 2009, executed by Chad A. <br />Essex and Melissa K.
