<br />� enumeration herein not excluding the general; and keep the Trust Property free frora all :

<br /> 3. Hazardous Waate and Substances;Environmental Requirements. ��
<br /> . .,� (a) Trustor shall comply with all laws, govemmental standards and regulations
<br /> applicable to Trustor or to the Trust Property in connecdon with occupadonal health
<br /> �� �-y and safery, hazardous waste and subsi,�iixs, a,�d envuo�m��tat mattcrs. Tru�tar -
<br /> • shall promptly norify Beneficiary of its receipt of any nodce of:(i) a violation of any
<br /> . such law, standard or regularion;(ii)all claims made or threatenad by any third parry
<br />- , :j against Trustor or the'i'rust Property relacing to any tu�s or iii,��y resulting from any -
<br />,�;�� • � �iazardous Substances;and(iii)Trustor's discovery of any occurrence or condition
