<br />_ Substances(as defined below) located on the Trust Froperty and Trustor will not place or permit
<br />- to be placed on the Trust Property any Hazardous Substances (as defined below),except in minor
<br /> quandties as necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Trust Property, used and stored in
<br /> accordance with applicable law,or in the form of consumer products held for retail sale in sealed
