Prepaynaent Charges. Prepayfnent charges will be imposed, as specified in the <br /> Note, w the extent permitted by law, whether the prepayrnent is(a) voluntary, involuntary, or by <br /> operation of law, (b) in connection with a default in performance of the payment obligadons or any <br /> other obligations under the Note or under any instrument securing the Note, or (c) required by <br /> i .
