<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Michael A Panowicz,
<br />Husband and Patricia M Panowicz, wife, Grantors, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking
<br />Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated June 20, 2008 in which Pathway Bank, a
<br />Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded July 8, 2008 as
<br />Document No 0200805884 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has been satisfied and said
<br />beneficiaries have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, a part of the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described
<br />as follows:
<br />Legal Description: The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N 1 /2NW 1 /4) and the North half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (N1 /2SW1 /4NW1 /4) of Section Seventeen (17), in
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT
<br />those tracts of land described in Survivorship Warranty Deeds recorded as Document #78- 002$89 and
<br />g' Office, County, Document #79- 006574 in the Register of Deeds Office Hall Coun Nebraska, con taining 94 acres,
<br />more or less, and EXCEPT Lot One (1), Rauert Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
