Legal Description of Real Property upon which the mobile home is affixed (wheels, towing hitches and running gear are <br />removed and it is permanently attached to a foundation or other support system): <br />2013100 <br />A portion of Lot Seven (7) and a portion of Lot Eight (8), in Section 30, Township 9 North, <br />Range 12, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 31, hereby known as point of beginning; thence <br />West 1,467 feet; thence North 395 feet; thence West 66 feet; thence North 208 feet; thence East <br />1,533 feet along the shoreline to a point about 565 feet North of the point of beginning; thence <br />South to the point of beginning. This is not to include any properties of Lot 15 AND EXCEPT <br />part of Lot 8, Section 30, Township 9 North, Range 12, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, which parcel is 125 feet east to West by 174 feet north to south and located in the <br />extreme southeast corner of said Section 30 and said Lot 8. <br />The mobile home owner must have an ownership interest in this real property for cancellation of the Certificate of Title to occur.
