Roy, a married <br />woman and James L. Hruby, her husband, in which Five Points Bank is named as <br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded on April 14, 2011 in the <br />Register of Deed's Office, in Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument #201102877 and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed <br />of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />Lot Twenty -six (26), Grand West Third Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully <br />paid; <br />x.
