WITNESSETH: EXTENSION AGREEMENT Space Above This Line for Recording Data This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 18th day of December, 2013 by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and RAY W HARMON, TRUSTEE AND SETTLOR OF THE RAY W HARMON REVOCABLE TRUST AND DOROTHY L HARMON, TRUSTEE AND SETTLOR OF THE DOROTHY L HARMON REVOCABLE TRUST WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: The Easterly Sixty (60) feet of the Westerly seventy Four (74) feet of Lot Twelve (12), Block Five (5), except the Southerly Thirty (30) feet thereof deeded to the City of Grand Island, in Westerhoff s First Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated December 5, 2005 filed for record on December 6, 2005 in the office of the REGISTER OF DEED'S HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA as Document # 0200512009 WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of Trust /Mortgage above described in the following respects: 1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage is hereby AMENDED TO JANUARY 1, 2017. 2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the date first noted above.
