L.4A09 h)( to ggo_ <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />Space Above This Line for Recording Data <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 18th day of December, 2013 <br />by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and <br />RAY W HARMON, TRUSTEE AND SETTLOR OF THE RAY W HARMON <br />REVOCABLE TRUST AND <br />DOROTHY L HARMON, TRUSTEE AND SETTLOR OF THE DOROTHY L <br />HARMON REVOCABLE TRUST <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />The Easterly Sixty (60) feet of the Westerly seventy Four (74) feet of Lot Twelve <br />(12), Block Five (5), except the Southerly Thirty (30) feet thereof deeded to the City of <br />Grand Island, in Westerhoff s First Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated December 5, 2005 filed for record on December 6, <br />2005 in the office of the REGISTER OF DEED'S HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA as Document <br /># 0200512009 <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto <br />give notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the <br />Deed of Trust /Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage is hereby AMENDED TO JANUARY 1, 2017. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension <br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described <br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining <br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the date <br />first noted above. <br />
