Kreis, Randall C. Kreis and Bradley A. Kreis, as <br />tenants in common, GRANTEES, reserving a life estate in R. Arlene Hansen, the following <br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec. 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Forty (40) and Lot Thirty -nine (39), except a tract of land <br />more particularly described in Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed <br />recorded as Document No. 97- 102546, in Ravenwood Subdivision <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />GRANTOR covenants with the GRANTEES that GRANTOR: <br />1. is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except <br />easements, covenants, and restrictions of record; <br />2. has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />3. warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all <br />persons. <br />DATED this b day of 202j <br />R.
