Skeen, husband and wife, in <br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, convey to Kenneth S. Woitaszewski and Debra <br />L. Woitaszewski, husband and wife, Grantees, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, <br />and not as tenants in common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. <br />Stat.
