<br /> Secudty xnstrument; (v)Lendet, Lender's agents or any Judlclally appointed receiver shall be liabte to account for

<br /> possession of and manaAe the Property and colltct the Rents and profits derivai from the Property without uiy
<br /> showing as to the inadequacy of the Property as socurity,
<br /> If the Rents of the Property are not sufficient to cover the costs of taking control of and managing the
<br /> Propeny and of copecting the Rents any fi�nds eapended by Lender for such purposes shall become indebtedneas
<br /> of Borrower to Lender secured by the Security[nstniment pursuant to Uniform Covenant 7.
<br /> Borrower represents and warrants that Bonower has not executed any prior assignment of the Rents and has
<br /> not and will not perform any act that would prevent L.ender from exerciaing its righta under this paragr�ph.
<br /> I.ender, or Lender's agents or a judicially appointui receiver, shall not be requtred to enter upon, take
<br /> control of or maintain the Property before or after giving notice of default to Bonower. However, Lender, or
<br /> Lender's agents or a judicially appointed receiver,may do so at any time when a default occurs. An��application
<br /> of Rents shall not cure or waive any defeult or invalidate any other right or remedy uf l.�ender.Thls aseignment of
<br /> Rents of the property shaU terminate whsn all the sums secured Uy the Security Instn►ment are paid in full.
<br /> I. CROSS-DEFAUI.T PROVISION. Borrower's default or bre,�eh under any note or agrainent in which
<br /> Lender ha�an interest shall be a breach under the Security instrument and i.ender may invoke any of the nmedies
<br /> pennitted by the Security Instn�ment.
