<br /> - � hazardst casualties and contingencies, in such ainounts and for such periods as are reasonabie and may be required by the
<br /> Beneficiary, and to keep all policics of such insurance in force and effect and delivered to the Beneficiary, and naming
<br /> Trustor and Beneficiary as loss payccs, aa their intcrests may appear; (3)pay and comply with all of tiie tcrms and conditions
<br /> of any lien, claim or tndebteduess that may bc scnior to and taka precedence over this Trust Aeed as soon as such payment
<br /> on or of such lien, claim or indcbtedaess shall becomc due;and upon failure of the Tsustor to keep.any of said agreements,
<br /> the said Bencficiar�+may pay such tax, pay for such insurance, or pay off any and all such liens, or mdebtedaess as the case
<br /> , may bc, and raoney cxpcnded, with intcrest as provided by the terms of the aforementioncd Promissory Note, shall bc
<br /> secwed by tlus Trust Dced, and the Trtutor agrees to pay the same upon demand, and upon failure to d�so, the balance
<br /> of said Promissory note shall become immediately due and payable at thc option of the Beneficiary; (4) spcc�cally confer
<br /> � upon thc Trastee thc Power of Sale as provided in Nebraska law;(5) retain posscssion of the prcmiscs and collect ttie rents

<br /> 1 ABANDONMENT OF THE �'ROPERTY BY TRUSTOR. Iu the cvcnt that Trustor abandons thc property, or
<br /> if circumstances reasonably indicate that Trustor has abondoned the Pro�erty whether or not in connection with any other
<br /> cvent of dcfault, BeneHciary shall have the right, following filing of Notice of Default, to entcr upcn the premises for the
