The centerline of <br />the twenty (20.0) foot wide utility easement and right -of -way being more particularly described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the westerly line of Lot One (1), Hesselgesser <br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and the northerly right - <br />of -way line of Stolley Park Road as described in Instrument 200409403, recorded in the <br />Register of Deeds Office; Hall County, Nebraska thence easterly along the northerly <br />right -of -way line of said Stolley Park Road on an assumed bearing of N88 °22'03 "E, a <br />distance of two hundred fifty seven and eighty nine hundredths (257.89) feet to the <br />ACTUAL Point of Beginning; thence N7 °16'49 "E, a distance of one hundred forty six and <br />thirteen hundredths (146.13) feet; thence N22 °18'11 "W and ten (10.0) foot westerly and <br />parallel with the easterly line of Lot One (1), said Hesselgesser Subdivision, a distance <br />of one hundred twelve (112.0) feet to a point of termination.
