They are the same individuals who executed loan documents with the Cornerstone Bank on <br />December 31, 2012 and are the Trustors of a Deed of Trust recorded on January 10, 2013 as instrument <br />number #201300204 in the book of Mortgages of Hall County Nebraska. Affiants hereby swear and affirm <br />that affiants, Bradley G. McWhirter and Annette L McWhirter are now and were at the time of <br />signing the document, Husband and Wife. The Affiants also affirm that they intended to convey their <br />full legal interest in the property subject to said Deed of Trust to Cornerstone Bank as Trustee. <br />2. Furthermore, said Deed of Trust had an incorrect mailing address for the Trustors. The document <br />showed an address of 3550 W 94th St, Hastings, NE 689001 -1720. The correct address for the <br />Trustors should be 4005 E 12th St, Hastings, NE 68901 -8420. All notice(s) required under the <br />document and legal correspondence shall be to the corrected address. <br />3.
