<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called
<br />the "Deed of Trust," executed by Garth L. Edwardson and Tara S. Edwardson: husband
<br />and wife, ( "Trustor "), to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated October
<br />5, 2006, and recorded October 13, 2006, as Instrument # 0200609153 in the office. Of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, have been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request
<br />of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these
<br />presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the
<br />following- described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76- 1001):
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E1 /2 NW1 /4), of Section
<br />Twenty Two (22), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said East Half
<br />of the Northwest Quarter (E1/2 NW1 /4); thence running southerly along the west line of said East Half
<br />of the Northwest Quarter (E1 /2 NW1 /4), on an Assumed Bearing of S01°15'33"W, a distance of Forty
<br />Five (45.0) feet, to a point on the southerly right of way line of One -R Road and to the actual point of
