Edwardson and Tara S. Edwardson: husband <br />and wife, ( "Trustor "), to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit <br />of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated October <br />5, 2006, and recorded October 13, 2006, as Instrument # 0200609153 in the office.
