<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />ROBERTO PARRA, a single person, in favor of GORDON O'NEILL and COLLEEN
<br />O'NEILL, Husband and Wife recorded in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as
<br />Instrument No. 201108838 has been paid and GORDON O'NEILL and COLLEEN O'NEILL,
<br />Husband and Wife, Beneficiaries, have requested Cathleen H. Allen, Attorney -at -Law, Successor
<br />Trustee to execute and deliver this Deed of Reconveyance.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiaries named therein, the undersigned, as Successor Trustee, does by these presents,
<br />grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived of said Successor Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following -
<br />described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Part of Lot Thirteen (13) of the County Subdivision of the West Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (W'/2SW' /4) of Section Fifteen (15), in Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point on the South line of
<br />Charles Street, Four Hundred Seventy One (471) Feet East of the East line of
<br />Locust Street, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, running thence East along
<br />and upon the South line of Charles Street, for a distance of Fifty Four (54) feet,
<br />thence South at right angles, for a distance of Sixty Five (65) feet to the South line
<br />of said Lot Thirteen (13), thence West on the South Line of Lot Thirteen (13) of
<br />said County Subdivision, for a distance of Fifty Four (54) Feet, thence North at
<br />right angles for a distance of Sixty Five (65) feet to the place of beginning,
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
