Huwaldt, The <br />Successor Trustee of the Lawrence H. Huwaldt Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated <br />November 1, 2002, as amended October 7, 2009 and August 18, 2011, Grantor, whether one <br />or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Timothy G. <br />Luchsinger and Trudy A.
