Gloe, A Single Person <br />, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, <br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on May 23, <br />2013, as Instrument No. 201304105, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of <br />Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />Lot One (1), Gloe Acres Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />V said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully <br />0, paid; <br />-=i NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />m Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or <br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 11 day of December, 2013. <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, <br />A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, <br />TRUSTEE <br />0 <br />Co.)
