<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br /> JOHN J PASCOE AND SHIRLEY MARTR PASCOE, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br /> to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br /> AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br /> therein, dated NOVEMBER 1, 1994 and recorded NOVEMBER 2, 1994 in the Office of the

<br /> DOCUMENT # 94-108888 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br /> Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
